A review may be worth considering after applicable measures have been installed, evidence has been collected, a post-improvement EPC reassessment has been completed and the property remains below the required standard.
Invoices, photos, installer details, installation dates, specifications, quotes, assessor notes and reassessment documentation may be relevant.
