The current EPC shows the rating, score, potential score, assumptions and recommendations. The first step is to find the EPC, then assess the gap to Band C.
The best route to EPC C is not always the longest list of measures. Heating, hot water, insulation, controls, solar PV, lighting and glazing should be considered together.
Improvement works can only be reflected in an EPC where allowed by current RdSAP methodology and supported by suitable evidence.
